An event generated by a user that an advertiser is willing to pay for. This is usually a target action of the end user such as subscription to a service, lead generation, sale of a product, installation of a mobile application, or anything what is valuable for advertisers. Conversion is the aimed result of the advertising for which the advertisers pays to the affiliate.
